This cloak is fancy dress, it isn’t a fashion cloak as such but it is fitted to the shoulders, the XL fitting as expected and the length bob on, floating just above the floor. What you associate cloaks with is probably different person to person, for me it is vampires and, specifically, Dracula and this is a fun fancy dress that ties in with that.
