We bought for a puss in boots cape and was perfect! Fantastic value for money, sizing is spot on. Our son is a very tall 6yr old and the length/width was perfect for him. It would suit children between the ages of 4-8. It has velcro to attach at the neck (main reason we chose it) which is great safety wise for little ones. The quality is actually really good, especially for the price. It's a thicker material than most in this price range and has a satin texture. We have since bought 3 more for the dressing up boxes and nephews costumes. Would 100% recommend.
