This shawl is soft, warm and elegant enough to use as a wrap over evening wear on an Irish winter evening. I also used it on a long intercontinental flight as a cozy travel blanket. Very useful indeed and the perfect length. I am 1m67cm and should be 12 kg’s lighter. The shawl makes me looked taller and slimmer.

It's light weight tight woven style. Very pretty, perfect for a cool but not cold day or to throw over a less than great outfit for a quick run to the shops. I bought the dark pink and the colour is true to the image. I bought a different brand at the same time to cover my bases and the other is even lighter and not worth the money. I'm happy with this pretty shawl (but definitely not a poncho).

If it wasn’t for the fact I need something for a wedding tomorrow I would be sending this back. Might have to look for something else. In principle it is nice, but the quality is really poor for the price. The tassels at the bottom are fraying and some were joined together and I’ve had to cut them, there is a big flaw in it, right on the part by the chest that shows. If I’d paid £12-15 like other similar Acrylics wraps I’ve seen I wouldn’t be so annoyed, but I think is expensive for acrylic and not well made.
