Never had a poncho before but I have to say this is very nice for the cost. Not too heavy so was great for a recent night out when it was dry and relatively mild winter weather. Looks smart dressed up and I got several compliments. I am 5'6" and UK size 10-12 and this fits lovely and is nice and long.

Got the black in small to wear over my clothes at work as the office gets very cold. (Typically,I haven't had chance to wear it there yet as the weather has warmed up!). Hoping it will do the job once the temperature drops. It's not too thick but still feels warm and there is plenty of material to wrap around yourself. I like the roll neck as this will eliminate wearing a scarf. I also like the knit pattern and It doesn't look cheap either.

I expected a thick, warm wrap but this is quite thin and huge. It's very long and not something I'd wear other than when sitting on the sofa. The material is quite soft but I keep getting zapped when I touch it due to static so I don't really want to wear it. I'm rather disappointed.
